Mind & Body at Work Webinar Series

As we all know, the stress of the past year has had a significant impact on both our mental health and overall wellness of the population. Nutrien Ag Solutions, in conjunction with Bridges Health, is pleased to offer this webinar series that will offer a solid understanding of mental health, including practical skills that will assist us in achieving and maintaining mental wellbeing. 

The Mind & Body at Work series is an interactive and engaging series that provides a comprehensive understanding of mental wellness, and how we can support both ourselves and others. Each module will take a close look at specific topics related to mental health, such as resilience, trauma, communication, respect, and supporting others using the 6 P’s as the overarching guideline. ​

The series consists of four modules, each module being a 90-minute live webinar. Series #1 has morning sessions that will run from 10:30am – 12:00pm (Saskatchewan time), and Series #2 has afternoon sessions that run from 1:00pm – 2:30pm (Saskatchewan time).

Culture of Care Webinar Series

As a follow-up to the Mind & Body at Work series, Nutrien Ag Solutions, in conjunction with Bridges Health, is pleased to offer the Culture of Care series. This webinar series is based upon the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, in conjunction with Nutrien’s “Culture of Care” model. 

The Culture of Care webinar series is an interactive and tailored series that explores the 13 Psychosocial Factors in detail, and how they can promote psychological health and safety in the workplace. Each factor has the potential to cause/ impact mental health concerns, so it is important to take an active role in promoting psychological health within the workplace. Each module will take a close look at each of the factors, such as balance, growth & development, recognition & reward, and engagement, and provide practical tips on how to positively address each area.
